Credit Card Claim And Charges

My husband was usually the one that pays all the bills but he had not been feeling well. I sat down to pay them all last month and I noticed some strange charges on our credit card statement. He said he had no idea what they were and he did not authorize anything. The credit card company refused to help us so I went online and found this website of a couple companies that could help with credit card claims. I was able to get help and they were not going to charge unless they won our case.
